A practising lawyer, he has a BA in Law from the University of Barcelona. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1988.

Specialised in real estate law, he has developed an extensive career in senior management positions at Regesa, Incasòl, Catalunya Caixa, Grupo Catalunya Banc and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, with responsibilities in legal and urban planning management.

As a faculty member for the Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate and Building Law at the Pompeu Fabra University, he has been a speaker at several seminars of the Master’s Degree courses given by the Barcelona Bar Association on urban planning and real estate. He is also a regular speaker at the seminars on real estate and urban planning issues organised periodically by the business and economics newspaper Expansión in Madrid.

He has more than 25 years of experience in SMEs with international operations.

His tasks focus on the implementation and follow-up of business plans, budgets and cash flows, and their presentation and defence at board and shareholder meetings. He is particularly skilled in the implementation of internal circuits, personnel management, preparing the financial statements and tax returns for the group’s companies, and interfacing with auditors.

Professionally linked for more than 20 years to the property development and construction industry, more than 4,000 luxury homes in the city of Barcelona with the developer-builder Metro-3, S.A., and more than 500 homes in Catalonia, Aragon and the Balearic Islands with Aelca Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, S.L. have passed through her capable hands in the course of her career.
